We offer a wide range of services including employment services like resume coaching and job matching , pre-employment transition services for students aged 14-22 , STEAM enrichment workshops , and career exploration events.
Our programs are designed for high schoolers, young adults, and emerging professionals. We have specific Pre-Employment Transition Services for students aged 14–22.
Employers can partner with us in several ways, including hosting a student for career shadowing , becoming a guest speaker , providing internships , or sponsoring a program or event.
Our programs help participants develop a wide range of skills. Depending on the service, you can receive:
  • Resume & interview coaching.
  • Hands-on job training.
  • Workplace readiness training.
  • Self-advocacy training.
  • Hands-on experience in areas like coding, robotics, and design.
We have several volunteer opportunities available. Individuals can support our mission by becoming a mentor, a speaker, or an event assistant.
