Pre-Employment Transition Services (Ages 14-22)

This specialized program is designed for students aged 14–22 to bridge the critical gap between school and the professional world. We provide the foundational skills, real-world exposure, and personal guidance necessary for a successful transition into post-secondary education or the workforce.

Our Approach

Workplace Readiness & Self-Advocacy

We focus on developing the core professional skills—or “soft skills”—that employers value most. Our training covers workplace etiquette, communication, and teamwork. We also empower students with self-advocacy training to build confidence and independence.

Work-Based Learning & Mentorship

We connect students with real-world professional environments through career shadowing, internships, and other work-based learning experiences. Each student has the opportunity to be paired with a mentor for personalized career guidance.

Post-Secondary Counseling & Support

Planning for the future is key. Our team provides post-secondary counseling to help students and their families navigate college and career planning. We also offer literacy and comprehension support to strengthen academic foundations.
